She was fun, professional, and attentive to any need. The hotel is in close proximity to downtown, but out of the hustle and bustle. (Galena has a "taxi" service for $5/person if you'd prefer so there's no bothering with parking downtown.) We loved that there is a bar at the hotel, and the breakfast was great.
