We had a wonderful time at the Grand View Resort in Weirs Beach! The rooms felt like they were newly renovated — very clean, modern, and comfortable. The views over Lake Winnipesaukee were simply stunning, especially at sunset. What really made our stay special were the hosts (Clover & Kirk) — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The motel was clean and very comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful. We will absolutely stay here again! We really liked it. The hot tub was small but clean and relaxing. We loved the grills and picnic tables for guests to use. The gazebo was adorable and beautiful!!

Great location. Beautiful view. Block away from the beach, restaurants, arcade, boardwalk. Comfortable bed. Great hospitality. Owner was very personable, courteous and friendly. She was quick to respond to my questions, and requests. I would definitely stay there again…

A Beautiful Retreat with Exceptional Hospitality I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I must say, it has quickly become like a second home for me, all the way from Romania. The location is stunning, nestled in a beautiful lakes area that feels serene and peaceful—a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The management is incredibly professional and kind. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The servers are just as amazing—always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere throughout my stay. Every time I return, it’s with a big smile, knowing I’ll not only enjoy the property but also reconnect with the wonderful people who make it so special.     The property is located on Lake Winnipesaukee with convenient access to a local beach and marina. The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were within walking distance to the Bank of New Hampshire Pavilion, so we were able to walk to a concert there and avoid the long delays of trying to exit the parking lot after the sold out Noah Kahan concert we attended.

    Property was very clean, pool areas were clean also, towels available. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels. Breakfast was okay, grab and go. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Plenty of parking. Near Weirs beach, and restaurants. I would stay here again.
