We explained to the front desk lady we had a reservation and tried to provide out reservation number. She said that didn't matter there is no room. When we arrived the parking was full. At each corner of the parking was a different construction crew 10-15 people just drinking outside their trucks. 5 minutes later 2 police officers paroled the parking lot.
