I loved the location; I was able to walk to many shops and restaurants. It was also a quick drive to my event location at the Convention Center. I was impressed with the fabulous breakfast, so much tastier than the usual buffets other hotels offer. I loved the evening wine and cheese in the lobby and over the top for customer service. My room offered many amenities that made it feel more like home. I was able to buy healthy food from the local ALDIS and enjoyed right in my room. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff-everyone one of them-was beyond friendly and kind and helpful. They made a great impression. The hotel was understaffed and you would think they would have been grumpy and overwhelmed. They weren’t. They are to be congratulated on their kindness and thoughtfulness.

Facility was close to the Convention Center. I attended the a quilt convention. The kitchen & desk set up allowed for adequate workspace to work on projects. Plenty of room to stay organized.

    It was great staying here. It was great access to various places to eat. It was very easy to get to the coliseum. The staff were very friendly and respectful, and the hotel was very clean. A nice simple choice for breakfast was very good. Parking was easy.

    You had additional charges when I arrived, like parking fee for a empty parking lot, bathroom was not clean at all the bath tub had urine spots, the hallway was dirty, the clerk said the housekeeping staff had quit, just not a great experience
