The location was great, and we loved our suite. I was impressed that we were upgraded to such a lovely room because of an isue with the original room we'd booked - and all of this before we set foot on the property (in other words, we did not have to complain about an issue to get the upgrade.) There was ground coffee in the room, along with a Mr Coffee (and filters!) which I also really appreciated. We had one dinner at Elevations downstairs, and it was excellent, with friendly and cheerful staff.

I enjoyed the breakfast (grits and juice for me, muffins and hot chocolate for my daughter) and the civilized checkout time, and of course, collapsing into that king bed was a treat! Nice quiet location too, and everyone was wonderfully friendly and helpful. And this is maybe a strange thing to say, but I'm very sensitive to scents, and I was really grateful that the room didn't smell like anything - lots of places do. Would definitely stay here again. :)

    Exceptionally clean and thoughtfully provisioned with paper goods, shampoo, body wash, etc. The A/C worked well despite extreme heat outdoors. Covered parking was a blessing in the summer heat and rain. The bathtub was wonderful for unwinding at the end of the day.

    Easy check in. Room key didn't fail like it did the last two times I stayed here. The trick is to pull the door back and forth multiple times until you see the door lock flash red. Then insert your key. Not pleasant for adjacent rooms, but it's the only way to get your key to work. Coffee in the morning was hot and plentiful. Parking lot is huge. Location is close to my business.
