The B&B is beautifully located on the river side, with magnificent views over the water and the surroundings. I could order a cold platter of delicious Argentinian food (including cheese), and a great bottle of Argentinian wine. It was a way better option than driving to a nearby restaurant. The owners are amazingly sweet and helpful. The home-cooked breakfast was both excellent and abundant.

This place is a hidden gem, and it reminded us of a typical Italian Apulian Masseria though with, of course, an American touch! The rooms, as well as the common spaces, were pristine and showed great attention to detail. We also loved being surrounded by nature, the silence, and even sweet raccoons. The staff was super welcoming and friendly, and OMG, the homemade welcome croissants were delicious and highly appreciated!

Exceptionally well planned accommodation with tremendous facilities as described. Well sited with many Crystal River facilities just around 10 minutes away e.g. manatees, boat trips, traditional breakfast diner, Publiks (for stocking up). The weather wasn't ideal, so we found the games room ideal (useful ping pong kit) and the Roku TV meant that apps could be easily accessed. Parking in the drive also very helpful. While we were a small group there would certainly be room for many more..a real bargain.

The five of us had a great time as a family at the Paddletail Lodge for the winter vacations! The rooms are very comfortable and welcoming, the view over the bay is magnificent, and the location is ideal for discovering Crystal River. We hiked to Three Sister Springs and had an amazing time swimming with the manatees! What a perfect place to celebrate the new year 2025!

    I loved the homey feel. Having a full stove, refrigerator, microwave and space to cook was awesome! The place was very clean and spacious. The pool was nice but unfortunately it wasnt quite warm enough to swim in yet. Plenty of room for parking and room for a boat if necessary. Also there was plenty of kitchen ware to cook with.
