    Location, house cleaning staff, pool. Cleaned my room every day even though I was staying for 10 days. Restaurant in the same parking lot with excellent food.

    I liked that there was coffee available downstairs and that the elevator worked. Most of the people were friendly. Having the fridge available was really great and the.kitchenette was nice. They did a great job of keeping the grounds clean, including the parking lot. Glad the windows opened to allow fresh air in. There's a little light in the bathroom that turns on automatically when the lights are out. For some people that can be a good thing

    The room was clean and freshly painted (with nice large photos of Zion in black and white). The bathroom looked like the tub was new. There was a laundry room and ice available at front desk. There were extended TV stations. The pool looked like it had been updated. The location was good for visiting Zion for day trips. Also, the restaurant in the parking lot Rooster Run Cafe was good and only a short walk from the hotel. There were of us and we voted that we would stay again.

    Safe, quiet and Convenient location with a nice view of the mountains on the backside. Refrigerator, microwave and coffee pot in the room. Comfortable pillows. The hosts were very polite and tried their best to make the guests comfortable. Only a minute walk from Rooster Run Cafe for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Other eateries are also around. Big parking lot, but fills up very fast.

    We liked the ease of the location to the golf course, national parks and relatives near the area. The cleanliness of the cozy rooms and perfect beds and bright clean parking lot. The staff was very kind and accommodating to us arriving at 4am after a long 8hr drive. Would definitely stay here again if we can get a good price again.
