    Entire hotel was dirty. Carpets, floors in rooms, etc… Parking lot was not very well lit and had several people roaming through it. Clientele were very obviously not the upper crust at all. Two people checking in ahead of me were very obvious drug users and folks roaming the halls also appeared to be high.

    We arrived a little early to town. They got us into our room without making us wait till the actual check in time. They knew we needed to get ready for the concert they are helped us out in the big way! If we had to wait till check in time we for sure would have been stuck on the highway trying to get into the arrowhead parking lot! Because of this we got into our seats with lots of time to spare and didn’t get stuck on that massive Beyonce traffic jam!

    Clean, clean, clean. Love the full size refrigerator and 2-burner stovetop. Comfortable bed, good blackout curtain. Quiet - I did not hear noise from other rooms or from the hall. Next door to my destination. Fast food choices share the parking lot. Emily, the night clerk went above and beyond.

    Perfect location since I come from 291hwy and my girl comes in from I70, Los Cabos restaurant in the same parking lot, people are nice, really clean, nice smelling soap and shampoo, super quick and easy checkout via your cellphone as well as at the traditional front desk.
