Cleaners. Staff especially the staff that served the food. There is lots of room at the entrance where family and freinds can visit and ear for breakfast. Rooms are comfortable also. Small but good.

Breakfast of juice and a energy bar was appreciated, but is not a breakfast, and should be labeled as a snack. The granted request for a ground floor room was very much appreciated. The staff and the process of giving and returning my deposit the next morning was well done. The steps needed were well thought out, office management and staff are to be commended.

    Good room, fast check-in, helpful staff are all pluses for your hotel. The convenience of location to my family is great. The large parking lot when towing a trailer is a great benefit. Also appreciate the lightening in the parking lot. Keizer hasn't allowed the transient population to take hold. This is a great advantage to your hotel.

    This hotel is in a great location with extremely helpful staff. The rooms are nice with updated bathrooms and carpets. The neighborhood is quiet and parking was plentiful. Good breakfast choices for those who like eggs, sausage, and bacon. Fitness center was ok, there are only 2 treadmills which can be difficult if there are many people working out.
