Ended up broke down in the parking lot after check out. 2 hours away from home. One of the cleaning crew guys gave us a jump twice. Couldn't get the car running. Had to wait almost 6 hours in the lobby waiting for my family to come haul my car home and pick us up. Long story short. The staff was very friendly and professional.
