The place is clean and things look fairly new. The kitchen facilities are near perflect with enough dinner plates, utensils, cups etc, There is a rice cooker, air flyers, microwave, water boiler, new frige, and other usual pans and pots. There is free wifi and is of hgh speed. Also there is a big flat TV in the living room and one in each bed room. The channels are adequate. The host is very helpful and responses to calls within a resonable time. The location is closed to highways and parkways and within easy distance to supermarkets, restaurants and close to the airport.. The place, however, is not that close to Fort Myers Beach or the Sanibel Island. But the cost of rental is superbly reasonable and I will definitely recommend it for potential renters.

We have booked this hotel because we didn't want to drive a lot after a long flight from Europe. The contactless checkin-process was new for us, but easy. The room was very clean and comfy and breakfast with fresh waffles and toast was included.
