I liked all of the bright airy space in the lobby. It was so nice to have breakfast in a comfortable space with lots of big windows to the outside. Also there were lots of great options for breakfast: eggs and breakfast sandwiches, waffles, muffins, cereals and fruit. I loved the set up in the room - plenty of storage space and a well equipped kitchen. The staff were always pleasant and helpful.

The staff is professional, friendly, efficient and accomodating. The hotel is very nicely decorated and is very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect - right across the street from the outlets and about ten minutes drive from the beach and boardwalk. The breakfast selection is nice.

This was our second trip there for the Flack Friday Shopping for my mother my sister and I. The woman at the front desk with the red hair went over and above to help us. It is so easy to drop our luggage off in the room and go down free wine and cheese at 5:30 eat at the Italian restaurant (which was fantastic) come back to the room and get up to the delicious breakfast and start the next day. We will be back next year!

    Comfortable beds. Spacious kitchen. Easy parking. Location now that’s serious value. Depending on what beach you enjoy, whether Rehoboth or Lewes you are with in 15 minutes of each. A comfortable couch, plenty of tvs, great internet, and everything you need if you want to cook. And their is pool you can see if from the deck here to get some sunshine or have swim.

    We love the free boxed water, the cookies, the breakfast, the gym, the location and the overall vibe of the hotel. We walked into downtown lewes and it was awesome. In the same parking lot was that wonderful new pizza bar/restaurant and a nail salon my wife loved. Can't wait to go back!

    The room and decor was wonderful and better than we expected. The staff was helpful and polite. Parking was adequate. Free bottles of water and free cookies was a nice plus. Though there were lots of kids running the hallways the room was quiet.
