Very comfortable and cozy B&B, the room was very clean and organized. In the shared spaces, the hosts left tea, coffee and some delicious cookies. Bernatte and her husband are aweome, I felt like I was staying with family.

Beautiful location right next to the water. Each area is thoughtfully done and has a beautiful old cottage feel throughout. Check in was smooth and our room was great. Kids loved the little puzzles in the hallways and all the other little touches throughout property.

I was pleasantly surprised! This old motel has been totally remodeled and the rooms are large and beautiful!! Everything is new, the beds so comfortable, quiet, great water pressure/shower, room for the dog to run around, amazing personally cooked breakfast, great couple run the place....it could not have been any better. I ever stayed an extra night!

We had a wonderful time at the Grand View Resort in Weirs Beach! The rooms felt like they were newly renovated — very clean, modern, and comfortable. The views over Lake Winnipesaukee were simply stunning, especially at sunset. What really made our stay special were the hosts (Clover & Kirk) — incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The motel was clean and very comfortable. The owner was friendly and helpful. We will absolutely stay here again! We really liked it. The hot tub was small but clean and relaxing. We loved the grills and picnic tables for guests to use. The gazebo was adorable and beautiful!!

Great location. Beautiful view. Block away from the beach, restaurants, arcade, boardwalk. Comfortable bed. Great hospitality. Owner was very personable, courteous and friendly. She was quick to respond to my questions, and requests. I would definitely stay there again…

A Beautiful Retreat with Exceptional Hospitality I recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful property, and I must say, it has quickly become like a second home for me, all the way from Romania. The location is stunning, nestled in a beautiful lakes area that feels serene and peaceful—a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The management is incredibly professional and kind. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The servers are just as amazing—always friendly, attentive, and welcoming, creating a warm atmosphere throughout my stay.     View of the lake (sunrise) was very nice in the morning, location in downtown Meredith convenient for walking into town, on site restaurant had reasonable prices and good food (Common Man establishments), clean rooms/facilities, free parking, seemed like there were a number of activities available through the hotel (snow shoeing, ice skating, etc.)
