    It is quiet as far as traffic noise, and in a pretty location. It is nearby to a shopping center. Parking was easy. Rooms were clean and spacious and comfortable, with good maid service.

    The black gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. Making suggestions for eating in the local establishment as well as ventured out venues. Our view from our room was over the patio which was lovely but uneventful in the rain. Still better than looking at the parking lot. The breakfast and staff were nice.

    I thought I had booked the Ayers Hotel across the parking lot, but pleasantly surprised when directed to the Spa Ayers. Much better facility and the breakfast was terrific. We will definitely stay here again. Our visiting destination is only 5 minutes away, plus the fact that the freeway was adjacent to the property.
