    There was Absolutely Nothing to like about this place, It was a crack hotel absolutely disgusting and pictures are misleading, they need overnight law enforcement sitting in that parking lot at all times.

    Our cottage was beautifully decorated and equipped, in a quiet street, and with a lovely furnished front porch for an evening drink and breakfast, (available fresh from our fridge). Car parking and internet ideal. And only a few minutes walk into downtown New Braunfels.

    This was a nice place to stay. Clean, updated rooms, that were comfortable and safe. The parking lot had plenty of parking too. I would stay here again.

    I literally booked the last room of the night while standing in the parking lot of another hotel due to an infestation of roaches. When we arrived a few minutes later, I was greeted by the most pleasant concierge. I explained to her what happened and she immediately got us taken care of. Next morning, I received a curtsey text just to see how our stay was. Rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and staff was great.

    Nothing it was a terrible room staff said they ran out of towels when the parking lot was emptied…. Not sure how unless they only had 20 towels for the studio 6 and the motel 6 next door.

    The location is at the corner of the interstate and 46 out of Seguine so it's at a busy intersection but close to everything in town. Everyone comments about the characters who stay there watching you in the parking lot but no one ever messed with my vehicle and honestly you get what you pay for. My electronics and valuables I left in the room stayed safe and my vehicle was left alone so I'm not sure what these high maintenance people are complaining about for the fair price.
