Perfect location right at the beach, with sand and waves and swimming facilities. Nice porch to relax and very friendly staff. Breakfast at breakfast cottage (15 min drive) and Pelican Alley for fresh fish platters and more just around the corner. Wildlife encounters with gopher turtle in the backyard, nest of ospreys on the bridge nearby and many seabirds flying by. Perfect way to detox after a long flight and start the holiday!

We found this accommodation by chance, it's such a small miracle. the entrance to the sea is absolutely fantastic, the whole place is magical, each apartment has its own grill, the rooms are spacious, the staff are very nice

The hotel is very nice and clean. The morning breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. When we came in late there was cookies waiting at the front desk for all customers. The extra touches of coffee and cookies was a nice treat. We would definitely come back. Thank you.

    The location was perfect. The studio was very comfortable and had whatever you needed for a light meal. Parking was great with your own parking space. Beach towels, umbrella and chairs were also available.

    Location was perfect for us. Needed to go to a few places in Nokomis, southern Sarasota and Venice so was central. Easy and ample parking. Rooms very clean - did not bother to have it made even after 3 nights. Breakfast was good - different every other day with either cheese omelette or scrambled egss, sausage or bacon. Coffee was nice and strong. Staff very friendly.

    The manager Patti made our stay great ! She even had a gift for my sisters birthday and a happy birthday sign on our parking spot.The room was so small I was shocked when I walked in. The photos made it look large . It was pricey but right on water . Very quiet place to stay if you want to get away from everything. We usually stay in Siesta Key I thought it was near by . I was happy with not having so many people and traffic.

    We loved this place so much we booked to go again next week! Perfect location with a private parking pace and direct access to the beach, it feels like home from home, the Nokomis drum circle meet every Wednesday and Saturday at sundown which was a great added bonus. Gorgeous sunset on the beach My wife described it as her new favourite place..

    Location! Loved that it was small. Quaint. Liked having a dedicated parking spot. Our apartment was great for our family of four with 2 of them being teenagers. Liked the hammocks and liked the loungers we could take to the beach and return. Right on the beach. Relaxing. Beautiful ocean views from property. Corn hole.
