    The staff was very nice. I spilled coffee on two pillows, and they refused to take reimbursement for them. It's right on the beach, and you can see the Chesapeake Bay from the parking lot. The shower was hot. The bed was very comfortable. Very firm, which I like.

    We loved the beach access, go from the parking lot and walk on a very short path to the beach, literally 2 minutes. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly. Coffee was really good. Room keys kept deactivating, even keeping them away from everything else. Room was pretty large, separate living area from the bedroom / bathroom. We would stay here again. This hotel is setup where every room has an exterior entrance. Therefore when people congregate outside it gets noisy, we only had that briefly Friday night, management addressed it quickly.

    The breakfast was expensive, it should've been complimentary. Parking was a challenge and super expensive, but valet was worth it. Staff were very friendly. Hotel was clean and accomodating.

    Not a safe location for a family. Not clean and my room smelled like smoke. I could smell pot in the parking lot. Car alarm went off at 2:30 AM.
