The only negative thing I can say is that I hate that my stay there was only 2 nights and it was cut short because of the weather. I loved the hotel and plan to stay there when I come back in March.

The staff were friendly especially the desk staff Deborah in particular who is literally the heart of the hotel and cares for everyone like they are her own family and Mr Patel who administers the establishment and runs it with the precision of a swiss watch.

Nice sized house, living areas, kitchen and bedrooms. Nice facilities, awesome TV. Host was fantastic in responding to WhatsApp queries. He also went the extra mile to get us in earlier on the day of our arrival which we appreciated greatly.

    The parking was very convenient to the hotel. The casino was very clean and the rooms were very comfortable spacious. The food at the Garrison Steakhouse inside the hotel was amazing.

    The staff was so friendly. Their steakhouse was the best. Carlos the manager treated us at the coffee shop from his own pocket. The casino was clean and there were plenty of attendants. The room smelled fresh and clean. Security in the parking lot was outstanding.

    This is our second stay and it’s 2/2 on being cleanliness and how friendly everyone is checking in and out. The bright lights in the parking lot definitely make us feel safe coming in later in the evenings and parking on property.
