My kids would not sleep there so i had to go back and forth between car in parking lot and bathroom in room. All luggage had to be brought back in to car in fear of roach nesting. Booking.com said they would help but it’s been 28 days and nothing has been done. Even though john the manger emailed booking.com and said they would refund.
