    Modern and clean, with off the street parking. Staff were very friendly and happy to help. Used the bikes which were in good condition. Also, in a quiet location around the corner from good restaurants on the water.

    Check in was very easy and was given wifi log in info if we needed it and information about hte area. Room was very clean and the stay was quiet. Parking lot was full so I know there were other peple there. Never heard a peep.

    Liked that the location was removed from noise and hustle of Ocean Ace, yet close enough to get to the beaches & restaurants on main strip via walking or short drive. Liked the private beach access via Driftwood, their sister hotel on Ocean Ave. Enjoyed that a lot. Liked parking area just outside our door Very cute beach town with lots of activities on boardwalk

    i found roaches on the table. I threw away $48 dollars worth of food. My kids would not sleep there so i had to go back and forth between car in parking lot and bathroom in room. All luggage had to be brought back in to car in fear of roach nesting. Booking.com said they would help but it’s been 28 days and nothing has been done. Even though john the manger emailed booking.com and said they would refund. Booking.com stated they would compensate after 7 business days of no resolution but they have not done so. it’s been 28 days abs nothing.
