I enjoyed cocktails on a chaise lounge in their bar, we slept well. I don't recall them making a huge point of water-view rooms, and it's true we had to look over several ugly parking lots to see the water, but still, water-view room. I've had worse ocean views hyped up harder. Less than a mile from an amazing breakfast cafe - go early.
