Property was like it was brand new. Everything clean and tidy and in great working order, a great refresher after previously stayed in other HIE properties that don’t match this level and were disappointing. Staff were very helpful and welcoming especially Kelly, who tried everything to find me transport to where I was heading to. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection.

My son & I stayed because we were visiting OU. The owner (Steve?) & his wife spoke to my son about going to OU. He asked about our stay I told them how much I enjoyed the hotel, from the staff, the restaurant & the decor. Stoping to speak with us was a great personal touch! The staff was the best part. I believe the woman's name was Mel. She was so very friendly and went out of her way to make suggestions when asked, help us find locations and check us in quickly. It was cold when we arrived and the heater was already turned on in the room when we came in : )
