Loved the on site restaurant. Lobby was nice and hotel staff were very friendly. Free coffee in the lobby. The indoor pool was warm. Not a very pretty location but the hotel was easy to get to and was a very short distance from Canobie Lake Park.

The hotel.was well staffed and very clean! The staff was kind and helpful. Very accommodating. The rooms were very clean and seem to be brand new. Loved the hotel! So much so that we are booking with courtyard for our next trip next month!

The rooms were reasonably big enough. It was also very clean and I must say, the staff was incredible. They truly know about service and they did everything to make sure we were happy with the stay. We even had one night where some of the customers were very loud and the staff handled everything with so much grace. Top Tier.

    People fighting and swearing in other rooms. A couple banging on the door of another patron threatening them. Multiple people hanging around parking lot smoking. Staff confused yet did rush to switch and clean a new room once they determined they gave away my original room.

    Modern well maintained and fitted. Good parking. We have relatives in Salem who have downsized and this was an ideal place for us to stay so we could still visit them. We will use it again

    There were several cars parked in handicap without documentation! I was told one car was the General Managers car! They were taking down that handicap place to have GM parking! Does not seem like this should be the case! Yes, there were other spots! Noise level was ridiculous! Did complain about people running in the hallway and yelling! Was told initially I did not complain. Then said they received 1 vall from me! Beds were extremely lumpy
