    Everything was superb! Friendly staffs and comfy rooms. Sherin ,front desk personnel was super helpful with food recommendations and places to explore. She was kind enough to give us an early check in.Do call ahead to retrieve vehicle cuz parking lot is a little distance for valet guy to walk. Overall great stay and will definitely be back.

    The location is close by the freeway and shops, restaurants and a mall. I also like that the room key can open the doors, the parking lot and shut off the power to the room. I also like that you can not hear the traffic noise from the freeway.

    The staff in particular were very friendly and helpful. Services available at the hotel make it very convenient & enjoyable. I was there at a very stormy time without access to driving elsewhere. Having a theater just across the parking lot, an indoor pool/spa, gym, and office area made being "trapped" much more pleasant. And close proximity to the airport with a 24-hour shuttle is awesome.

    The hotel is in a historic building near restaurants and coffee shops. The guest room was small but well appointed. The front desk staff and valet are very helpful and friendly. Valet parking is reasonably priced. Even though the breakfast offered is quite limited, it was appreciated.

    Nothing. It was not safe in the parking lot, a mans dog ran at me and my kid at night in the parking lot. No security guard! Smells! So many bad smells.

    Manager is a nice guy and works hard to make you feel at home. It’s always a nice sign when they remember your name and greet you with a smile. I like how the parking lot is set inside the property with security cameras. I usually sit poolside and enjoy a evening joint. I look forward to next summer and actually swimming.

    Excellent big room and friendly, helpful staff. Parking is in a private car park at $15 per day but it's safe and easy to reach from the hotel. A good location for dowtown Santa Rosa and close enough to the main roads if you are travelling out of town. Excellent onsite restaurant. A good place to stay for solo travellers.
