We were lucky enough to have the pool and hot tub to ourselves both days we were there and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It was also nice how early the breakfast opened and how many options were available. My family was surprised because overnight the parking lots really filled up but it was so quiet both nights we never would have guessed the hotel was so full.
