I requested, and paid more, for a balcony room which did not even have an ocean view, but that of a parking lot. The hotel was very clean and all the staff were wonderful. The beds are incredibly comfortable, the breakfast is good, and the staff is always fantastic. We also love the property and how close it is to the beach and all the fun of seaside but far enough off the main strip that it is quiet and not super busy. The parking lot is also a huge plus! The front desk host/staff was very friendly and helpful. We saw maintenance keeping the parking lot top notch, which does make a big difference.
