We were having problems with our room key, a couple of the employees were walking in the parking lot, noticed we were having issues. Came up the stairs and opened our door with their key, then went back to the office and brought back a new one to us. All of this without us asking. The door knob had been previously broken and they fixed it with two Bobby pins! There was a dirty towel behind the bathroom door that had sat there so long it was turning brown. There were tortilla chip crumbs in the floor where they had not vacuumed. We personally witnessed a drug deal happening in the parking lot.
