    good location on our route to New York. Superficial elements of the building were nice. initial inspection of room was that it was OK. Parking lot was huge. Front desk staff was lovely - both morning and night.

    We enjoy our short stay at this hotel. It was clean and we felt very safe. The bed was comfortable and bathroom roomy. The breakfast buffet in the restaurant was included in our price and we enjoyed it. The Keurig in the room was great (two regular and two decaf pods plus a couple of tea bags were provided). Also, there was plenty of free parking.

    We stayed here because we had an early flight out of CLE the next morning. The room was nice and staff was friendly. Before booking, I called to confirm that they had free long term parking and airport shuttle. Upon arriving we found out that you’re kind of at the mercy of whether they have a shuttle driver scheduled during the day/time you need. Fortunately they did both directions for us.
