The staff were so professional, helpful and friendly. It is a beautiful property in a fantastic location. The toiletries were absolutely fabulous!!! Gorgeous smell and great quality!! It is expensive to stay here, but honestly, worth every single penny. I cannot recommend it highly enough! Esther provided a top notch pedicure with warmth and a smile.....a lovely lady! I want to make a special mention of Irene at the front desk/reception. She was warm, friendly, authentic and an absolute delight!! We loved our stay here and Irene was definitely a part of that. A truly exceptional hotel.

Customer service, the best, all guys are so friendly, I remember Andy and the guy with the french accent and couple more which i dont remember now. Also pool bar service was fantastic, overall: the only place where i felt like home.
