A last minute booking due to another property not being available as promised when we arrived. Worked out really well though as this place was lovely. Ideal for a family of four (2nd bedroom had 2 queens), the facilities were great. Lovely setting in the woods and there is a pool, and a club house with pool table. The kitchen has all you need to do some home cooking and it's very safe and quiet. We had a power cut (not Hyatt's fault, it was much of Incline Village) but the staff were great and made sure we all had torches and they put glow sticks on all the paths.

    The parking was easy, the pool was nice! The bathroom was great, lots of storage space an counter top space. The beds soft and comfortable and lots of extra pillows and blankets. Would definitely recommend and stay there again!

    The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. The A/C unit was working well (as well as the heater, might be important as it can get pretty cold there!). The only "downside" of the room was that it was pretty dark, as we were on the first floor which was more of a half basement. But it was perfect nonetheless, you don't go to Tahoe to stay in your room ;). Parking was always available. Definitely recommend this hotel.

    The room is clean, bed and pillows are comfortable! Not hard to find a parking at anytime when we come back. The beach is just across from the lodge and it's beautiful!

    The location was perfect, right by the lake and a little beach, near stores and restaurants, and close to ski resorts. The room was all new and nicely warm. We were on the top floor and it was quite quiet. Parking is easy. They offered early check-in and late check-out.
