    After reading the reviews, I was hesitant to book but I was very pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, good wifi and hot water. Fridge and microwave. We were on the bottom floor next to the parking lot but it was very quiet and it was Friday night. The woman working at the hotel was kind and the staff pleasant. No complaints at all, would definitely stay there again, great value indeed!

    Cute little room with a spa tub. Great location. We walked to the beach and around the neighborhood. Cute shops and restaurants. Jennifer was great! we played cornhole in the parking lot.

    Room was good value compared to other hotels in Ventura. We were attending a concert at the Ventura Music Hall, which was basically across the street, so very convenient! Small free parking lot in the back; we had no problem finding parking on a Saturday night in October.
