    Great place to stay when visiting Zion NP. Just a 15 minute drive to Zion. Less expensive than hotels in Springdale and no parking fee like hotel chains in Springdale. Much quieter experience than Springdale. Immaculately clean rooms. Excellent breakfast. Dinner options in Virgin, Springdale, or Hurricane. Would happily stay again.

    New and clean property, great base for Zion exploration. Just 20 min drive to the park entrance (but come early as parking fills up quickly). I think price quality is much better then for hotels located right at the park. But this hotel is standalone, nothing around. Nowhere to walk etc, just sleep, have breakfast and drive to explore Zion. Normal size, clean modern room, big king bed. TV with HBO.

    The hotel is new and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful with juice, coffee, waffles, yogurt, eggs, etc. There was fresh fruit available all day. The pool area is large with splash functions for children and a hot tub. There is plenty of free parking.

    The staff was amazing. However, when I requested a room change (I have severe claustrophobia) because the 1st room looked at the front door, they put me in a room where everyone from the parking lot walked by. It definately kept me out of the room to enjoy the facilities.

    The property was clean and spacious. There was a grassy communal area with tables, BBQ, places to relax in groups, and musical entertainment the night we arrived. The area was beautiful with parking right next to our bungalow.
