    The beds and pillows were clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean. Susan at the front desk was very receptive to our needs. We had a 6 pm game time , Cubs vs Brewers. We did not want to check in at 4 and she arranged for us and family members who also had a room to be accommodated. As was advertised, the hotel was very close to the ballpark. Parking was very convenient/close to the lobby entrance.

    The bed was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom counter was spacious and well lit. Provided soaps, lotions, and a hairdryer. Hot water in shower and sink, good water pressure. AC worked great. Blackout curtains in room. Lots of options to watch on TV. Got to check in about a half hour early, front desk lady was very friendly and professional. Lobby was very clean, quiet, and smelled nice. Hallways were quiet too. Plenty of close parking. Entrance locked and monitored during late hours.

    Yes be happy too the pool room had concrete all over the first part of the entry way.and exposed wire for the hotub ther was drugs deals going on in the hallways and elevator and in parking lot ..parking lot completely dark ..TV didn't work properly no refrigerator or microwave in room it was the worst stays ever and will never stay there again. P.s the property overcharged me and still waiting for it to be returned to my account..1 to 10. I give a one and that's it terribly operated. J.Johnson ..lost costumer..
