The hotel was hard to get to and the parking lot was not marked so it took a while to find it. The personnel were very pleasant, but most of them had no idea what was going on except for what they were doing. The amenities that were published on the Booking.com sight was totally wrong. There was nothing that was mentioned and for $450.00 per night you would think that the lights in the room, not suite, would work. We were able to walk out of the front door of the hotel and catch the ferry to Midtown Manhattan. We had an amazing view of the NYC skyline from our very spacious hotel room AND a nice, big parking lot right behind the hotel! Clean room, comfortable bed. Mateo and all the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Price was very reasonable.
