The room faced a busy road, traffic was loud, we had to ask for additional towels and were told to wait until the following morning (when we were checking out?) to get fresh towels? There was no restaurant or bar, and 3 cars in the parking lot. Should have known it was going to be a dive.

    You over booked the hotel, so when I arrived tired and want to rest with my family we were told that there was no rooms available and that YOU had booked me a room that did not exist. I had to sit in the parking lot at 12 am and look for a new hotel to take my family to for the night. I will NEVER use booking.com ever again to book a hotel room. Absolutely awful
