    The hotel was a nice place to stay. The facilities were clean and the staff was great. The room was nicely appointed, and though on the small side, had everything we needed. We were close to the beach (10 minute drive) and got to the beach early to get good parking. The pool was warm and the kids enjoyed it.

    Nice hotel for a single night. Nice clean room with comfortable beds. The bathroom had everything you need. The breakfast was OK. There were no problems with getting a parking space. What more do you need when you're on a road trip.

    I reserved 10 months in advance and, therefore, got an excellent rate for an October weekend. Close to Interstate 95, York Beach, and Kittery/Portsmouth. Plenty of free parking. Good Asian restaurant within walking distance. Breakfast was (surprisingly) good, with multiple food and drink items. The lighting in the room was only overhead and, therefore, harsh and much too bright; the room would have been nicer with table/bedside lamps. will stay here again.
