We loved the peaceful countryside location and the overall design and layout. Staff really helpful with advice and bookings as needed. Scooter hire is really useful for day trips of which there are plenty in close proximity to the property.

This homestay is an absolute gem in Ninh Binh. The manager, Mr Teap, and his wife and family made us feel so welcome and relaxed. The homestay is beautiful, located in a quiet village with views of the limestone cliffs and a small lake behind the premises. The food was absolutely delicious (we had our breakfasts and dinners there), and the coffee was excellent. Our cabin was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Instant hot water for showering, and very quiet and relaxing. Mr Teap arranged outings for us in the area and always went the extra mile to make sure we were enjoying our time in Ninh Binh. We will definitely return to this very special place!

The nicest place we have stayed in Vietnam! An authentic experience, living with locals who are excited to meet world travelers. Facilities are new and clean. The family and staff are incredibly welcoming. We practiced learning Vietnamese with the children while teaching them English. The swimming pool is refreshing and very clean. Mopeds and bicycles are available for use. And the FOOD! So delicious. The meals that we ate at the homestay were better than most of the available alternatives in the neighborhood. We recommend eating whatever the hosts recommend. Food made with love is the best tasting. We sincerely hope that more guests stay at Trang An Luxury Homestay. This is the epitome of travel.

The family was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, you really feel like you are a part of the place :) My bungalow was pretty and very clean, comfy bed. The grounds were very well-maintained as well. I also had my dinners at the homestay and enjoyed the vegetarian dishes the offer (fresh spring rolls aka summer rolls, boiled veggies, or rice with eggs).

If you are looking for peace, quiet, and natural beauty, this is the perfect place. There are no restaurants within walking distance, but the hotel provides bicycles, so it’s easy to reach local restaurants and nearby attractions like Mua Cave and Trang An Complex. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with a swimming pool and a play area. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had to check out at 12:00 while my sleeper bus was only at 19:00. The hotel kindly let me leave my luggage and even take a shower before departure. With the high humidity, this was a wonderful bonus that made my journey much more comfortable.

The place is like a fairy tell, the bungalow we stayed in, and the view was amazing. The bathroom style is outstanding, very nice, and proficinal stuff. The location and the surroundings in the Middle of Nature were amazing. And it's about 10 to 15 min to reach any attraction place in ninh binh by Taxi.

We liked everything! The rooms are new and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is huge, clean, and there is everything you need. The surroundings are beautiful, with a small river, mountains and lots of plants in the garden (and fresh papayas!). It's also very quiet, so you'll sleep well. Last but not least - the family is so nice, they are so friendly and helpful, and it was great getting to know them. Bikes and scooters are available - I really recommend cycling. Couldn't recommend this place more - the hospitality and the environment were fantastic!
