Very peaceful environment. It was the perfect place to overcome our jet lag. Much better to avoid going into Hanoi upon overseas arrival. The staff were wonderful. Nice breakfast.

This is new brand hotel, the room was spacious and nice. Beautiful facilities, looks like Europe design. The view from room was nice. Staffs so friendly. I love this hotel. Highly recommend!

The service was very good - and the service from Pete, Sofia, Max, and Luna was amazing and the tours booked through them to Ninh Binh and the Hanoi City Tour was amazing too. Highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful hotel with very clean and comfortable rooms right where you want to be in Hanoi. The staff was very friendly and kind! Thank you to Mr Lee, Sunny and Brian! Mr Lee even helped us with booking our 2 day cruise in halong bay including pickup at the hotel and after the cruise a bus to Ninh Binh which was amazing. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!
