It feels like a home away from home. Wonderful pool with lights around and above. Plenty chairs, tables and benches. Direct beach access from the garden. Very private and fenced house. Each bedroom with private bathroom and entrance. Small kitchen with brand new microwave, electric oven and induction hob. Very supportive host with "no problem" attitude. It was our second stay and we will be back 😄

From the moment I arrived, Kathy and Lilly greeted me like an old friend, remembering my name and details from my previous stay—such a warm and personal touch that truly made me feel valued. Their genuine hospitality, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond made my visit even more special. Whether it was offering great local recommendations or ensuring every aspect of my stay was perfect, they were always there with a smile. The hotel itself remains as charming as ever, with its beautiful design, comfortable rooms, and serene atmosphere, but it’s the incredible staff like Kathy and Lilly that make it unforgettable. We had a thoroughly enjoyable and memorable 5 nights stay at this hotel this December. During our stay, we were able to experience their ful range of services and are able to report on them for you. Almost immediately after booking our stay at this hotel on booking.com we received an E-mail from the hotel to introduce themselves and their facilities and asking if we had any needs for our stay. Inquiries were quickly and helpfully answered. They emailed again a few days before our stay to enquire about our arrival and if we needed help with airport transfer. On arrival, check-in was very comfortably done on the sofa with the very friendly with the helpful lady from the front desk patiently explaining the hotel services and available tours in Hoi An to us. This attention and care continued throughout out stay when they enquired daily how we slept and how our day went. We had a family connecting room. It was clean, comfortable and beautifully done. The included breakfast was very good and included a delicious selection of local as well as western items. We had enjoyed different types of massages and the spam. The masseuses were awesome. My daughter’s birthday fell during our stay. Every staff seemed to know about it! At breakfast the restaurant staff sang Happy Birthday as they presented her a birthday cake. Later, as we we down for our tour of the day, the receptionist walked us to the car and again wished my daughter Happy Birthday! Such was the care and attention we received at this hotel. We cannot recommend it highly enough!!

I would like to commend the staff at this hotel, Robert was amazing and very hospitable in meeting all our queries regarding Hoi An. They were also very helpful in arranging our airport transfers and laundry services. The hotel is also in a prime location, 5 minute walk to Old Town. Plus, it's a bonus that Robert gave us Bánh mì when we arrived and even when we were flying out (as we were leaving during lunchtime). He also gave us mung bean treats to have with tea - he is very thoughtful that way.

This was another memorable stay in Vietnam. From the outside the hotel looks clean, comfortable and welcoming and the inside does not disappoint. The staff were extremely kind and speak very good english. They gave us some brochures and told us what activites we could do either in the old town or by the beach. Location is great, taking into account that you’re around 2km from the old town and the beach respectively. So around a 20mins walk either way or a 10min cycle. The rooms are super comfortable with great mattrasses and soft pillows. They are very clean and have great interior design. It all looks pretty new and well looked after. The pool is situated on the ground floor and due to its shady location is very cool and refreshing in the extreme temperatures. The pool area is nicely decorated and comfortable. Breakfast is also excellent and you can choose from fruit, patisserie or even have something local cooked freshly. The staff and manager are very keen on honest feedback and told us to let them know about how comfortable the beds were for instance.

Staff are so friendly and helpful. The coconut basket tour and cooking class that you can book through reception is a must do! Location slightly farther out from Old Town but it’s an easy 45-50k dong Grab. There are free bicycles that you can borrow too which was really fun. Highly recommend this place :)
