This is a very special place. Phuong, the host, is lovely and so incredibly helpful. The beach is stunning, and we had it all to ourselves most days. The pool is incredible - i struggled to get kids out of it most days. The rooms are well appointed and spacious with great aircon. It's in a local area, so don't expect to be in the middle of the action, but that is exactly what we loved about it. We only had 5 nights but could easily have stayed longer. There's even a scooter to use if you want to pop out.

Everything. It was clean, exactly like the picture. But the best think was Robert (Chum), the hotel manager. He and his wife were so kind, they welcomed us with food and drinks. During our stay we received some sad personal news and Robert was so thoughtful and it really warmed our hearts. He even bought us sandwiches to take with us to our flight at 4 am. Truly the best hotel we've stayed at.
