The whole experience was first class. Room and facilities were spacious clean. Views are stunning,food was first class and plentiful.great activities which are optional. Plenty to do but peaceful if wanted. All staff were helpful polite but two people made it special for us Jerry a new boy has a little to learn but was so kind and willing to. Tina what can I say she is a very special she made me and my wife’s trip,one we will never forget, very professional in all aspects. Thank you❤️

I had a short business trip in Ha Long and also took the opportunity to book 1 night on the Calista Cruise. I heard a lot of people reviewing how popular this place is, so I wanted to combine relaxation with my work trip this time. The cruise offers a very peaceful and airy space, perfect for online meetings. After working hours, I could relax by soaking in the outdoor Jacuzzi, sipping on a cocktail, and watching the sunset. The room was clean, with a private balcony and a work desk (great for those who want privacy but still want to connect with nature). The staff were very friendly and hospitable. I will definitely choose this place for my next business trip.

They learn to know you very quickly and give you amazing treatment as if you were the only one on the cruise. The schedule is accurate. The activities and excursions are interesting. This cruise is lovely. Great attention to detail and all amenities on board are very modern. The Massive Yatch is well kept and is definitely worth a visit, even if only for one night. The food was delicious with premium Waygu and Lobster on the menu. Activities galore, family friendly without it being over crowded or lacking in privacy.

    The staff try his best use Chinese speak with us ,tks for his help The room is big and bed is comfortable . Airport pick up was booked by hotel , but the driver parking at parking lot didn't wait at arrive hall , so spent some time communiate with hotel and looking for driver Second person taking shower and no hot water , after 10-20mintus hot water comes .
