The staff at Enso retreat were exceptional. They were so helpful with anything that we needed. When my partner was sick they brought some food to help him feel better, free of charge. All members of staff, from receptionists to gardeners to housekeeping, were all so friendly. The facilities at Enso are beautiful, and the pool facilities are amazing. I would highly recommend this place.

Everything. It was clean, exactly like the picture. But the best think was Robert (Chum), the hotel manager. He and his wife were so kind, they welcomed us with food and drinks. During our stay we received some sad personal news and Robert was so thoughtful and it really warmed our hearts. He even bought us sandwiches to take with us to our flight at 4 am. Truly the best hotel we've stayed at.
