Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Very positive is also the free bike rental, access to three different pools and a great breakfast. Overall definitely a recommendation, especially since the value for money is really excellent.

Everything was fabulous. We have stayed elsewhere in Hoi An before but decided to give Grand Sunrise Palace a try as a friend recommended it. The staff were absolutely fantastic, helpful, friendly, always going out of their way to greet us and make us comfortable. I tried the spa and it was so amazing that I went 3 times in total. There was a shuttle bus to take you into the Old Town, which we used several times and it was easy to get a taxi back if the shuttle wasn’t running at the time we were coming back. We would definitely stay here again.

Room was very clean and quite comfortable. Breakfest buffet was not big but had enough variety and the food was tasty. Great location that allowed to stay in quite quiet neighbourhood but i'm walking distance from river and old town. They also offer bicycles free of charge with which you can reach beach in 10-15 minutes or get a nice ride through rice paddies. And most important- service, hotel stuff is very helpfull and polite, as we were leaving hotel very early in the morning,before the breakfest was served, they prepared boxes with some food to eat in the airport for us we got while checking-out. Price is good and hotel is worth every vnd.

This hotel exceeded my expectations, the location, the room, all the services offered and most of all their outstanding staff. Special thanks to LUCY and LILLY at reception, they were so friendly, lovely helpful, efficient and available to any needs anytime. In this hotel you can book all your excursions, massage therapies, private cars to take you where you want, bus tickets and also order food from the hotels restaueant anytime. Special thanks also to their night guards that are really watchful, serve also as valets and watch over you from a distance while dealing with grab taxis

    I LOVED the view of the river from my room! Even the short journey from the old town to the hotel is pretty plus there was a cafe/restaurant just down the road. The room was clean and everything worked. The bed was soft and shower and bath were big enough for two. Staff were super friendly. Preordered breakfast was much appreciated. Secure parking overnight inside for the scooter. Fast and good laundry service.

    Breakfast, swimming pool, staff, location close enough to most things but also far enough away to be peaceful, secure underground parking for our motorcycles, free cycles subject to availability, to explore at our leisure. We had a 3 bed 🛌 room as were on a lads motorcycle adventure through Vietnam and this hotel ticked all the boxes would definitely stay again😉👍🏻
