The location, slightly out of town but you get to ride through the rice field and you sleep right under the mountain and away from noise and traffic. Had access to free bikes plus rental of scooters. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Generous breakfast.

This place is perfect, I love it! Everything is clean, cosy rooms, nice pool area, kind staff and good breakfast! I don’t recommend dinner or lunch here, kitchen not so good and not delicious. But for dinner or lunch I recommended to choose another place - Tam Coc kitchen was the best place where to eat, we really love it and it’s near from hotel.

The bungalows are perfect, the environment is romantic and even fabulous. But the staff should be appreciated the most, who do everything and much more than necessary. Anna helped us find our lost mobile phone after we left, without her help we would have had serious problems. I have no way to repay her, we are already in another city - just like this - public thanks.

everything is great, it’s nice that the hotel is just outside the centre so you are out of the busy area but with the bikes or scooter from the hotel you are there in five minutes. Super helpful staff, very friendly and professional. Ms. Dzung helpt us with all our needs

It was a luxury stay; we had a very nice room with a comfortable bed, plenty of space, and an excellent shower. The staff were exceptional. They welcomed you and were very genuine and kind. The facilities were next level; the sauna and pool were nice additions. The breakfast was plentiful.

Staff very helpful and so welcoming, Lovely place surrounded by nature, comfy beds, great food and drinks. We stayed one more night to enjoy the 5th hotel's anniversary party, thanks again Kim and Chang for that evening! Hope to see you soon to cuddle the little dragon's puppies and enjoy the magnificent bamboo villa!

We arrived to Tam Coc in the middle of the night at 4.30AM after a night bus. The friendliness of the personal is exceptional, we were greeted by the owners brother and we could leave our baggage and wait by the swimming pool. They let us take the free bikes and go wandering around during quiet hours of sunrise, which was an amazing experience. When we got back, the room was ready around 9 AM, although our check in was later, which I am forever grateful for, since we were absolutely exhausted by that point. The place is in a perfect location, just far from the bustle of the town, but nearest cafes and grocery stores are 2 minutes away. Just outside the bungalows there are beautiful views on rice fields and mountains. The bungalow bed was huge, we missed breakfast because we had such great sleep in it. I absolutely recommend staying here.
