Lovely, peaceful location on the riverfront. Perfect to escape the city for some R&R. Food was very good. Very attentive staff. Room was spacious with a nice outside shower area. Comfy bed!

It was so perfect there are no words. Every moment of my stay was perfect. Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and friendly. Although I was in a difficult situation on the first day of my stay, I was touched by the many staff who helped me and were genuinely considerate. Fabulous hotel, and the best stay we have had in Vietnam out of 7 hotels.We had a HUGE appartment for a family of 4 ( we were upgraded) with 3 rooms, 2 complete bathrooms, living room, fully equiped kitchen and washroom- were we could do our own laundry. The facilities were great, a big pool, sauna and pool table, ping pong and football table. The kids loved it! It was good value for money and in a good location, near many sights, and there is a daily free shuttle bus ( with wifi) on the hour to take you to different locations. They also took care of our suitcases after we checked out, and as we had to wait the whole day before taking our flight, they also let us use the pool and facilities after checkout. The staff were also very friendly.

After busy days outside, the hotel felt like a calming retreat. The lobby had soothing lighting, and my room was spacious with a comfortable desk to work from. I really appreciated how the staff kept everything spotless. One small suggestion: clearer signage at the entrance would make it easier to find. But otherwise, I couldn’t have asked for a better stay.
