The staff are great, they will help you with anything. Special thanks to our waiter Andrew who was very kind and helpful. Food and the scenery are magnificant. Also the organisation is at the top level. The booking process and paying was seamless. Hotel transfer from Hanoi and back, cruising and extra activities are pleasent and organised to the tiniest detail. Definitely recommend this cruise.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the Cruise Manager Bruce Panda, and the crew member Hoa who was our waitress for the stay. The rooms were great and offered scenic views of Ha Long Bay. The sunset and sunrise views from the rooms were incredible. Strongly recommend the Honeymoon Suite which is very spacious, and comes with a private deck and a panoramic view. The food served was really delicious

A trip with Calista Cruise was truly wonderful and far exceeded my expectations. The scenery here was not only beautiful but the service quality was also truly commendable. I happened to go on a day with a stunning evening performance, which created a joyful and romantic atmosphere.
