The customer service was exceptional! Facilities are well maintained, comfortable and spacious. The common areas are well positioned to be on your own or socialise with other guests over a game on the pool table or watch one on tv. Rooms are spacious, clean and complete with all necessities. Location is close to the beach, shopping centre, food and entertainment. Easy access to a main road made me more comfortable adventuring as it was easy to make my way back. My stay was beautiful, comfortable and peaceful

A monthly trip to East London is made so much more relaxing, knowing you have a secure place to go to in the evening after a long tiring day. Exceptional treatment by the staff and a very neat and clean room.
