Downstairs@38 is perfect for couples or a single person. Has a fully equipped kitchenette, washing machine, Tv etc. Lovely big shower. Very comfortable super kingsize bed. Location is central with lots of restaurants nearby and the beach very close. Also has secure parking and even though you are stay on the hosts property you are completely separate with your own entrance.

Amazing experience from my checkin to my checkout. Hosts & staff were friendly, professional and so helpful. I felt like the atmosphere of the guesthouse was so serene and relaxing, the music was also a great touch during breakfast. Breakfast was delicious and there was such a variety. Great location! Very nice hosts, clean, good neighbourhood, near the ocean and boardwalk mall, coffee, tea, water, fridge, kettle, everything you need was there. We didn't need it, but there even was an electric blanket to beat the cold.
