Everything was incredible. The staff and manager Barry were incredibly kind and helpful. The meals were delicious and varied. The room was stunning and extraordinarily quiet. They went out of their way to make our trip as pleasant as possible. They succeeded. I'll definitely be back. Special mention for the giraffe rescue ;)

We slept there 5 nights- it's 20 mins drive to phabeni gate. It's huge! What you get for the price is unbelievable. There's a kitchen with everything you need which is good when leaving early for the Kruger, and to make dinner because there is not much options in the area. It's completely safe, the apartment is behind two electrical gates and fences. The sleeping room is very big and so is the bathroom. There animals roaming around which is lovely. The best place we have been to is SA, and the cheapest. The host Tiffany helped us a lot and is always available to your questions and needs. There's an amazing place to eat near by- Shiloh coffee shop

What an absolutely amazing experience this was. We loved every moment of our stay. The room was gorgeous and the view from the bathtub was to die for. Then you get to reception and it is an absolutely breathtaking sight, could sit there for hours. Our hosts and owners Russell and Janice made us feel so welcome, we actually felt right at home from the get go. The food !!!!!! The best I have had in a very very long time. Can't wait to go back.

Highgrove House is true luxury in a serene environment. Tracy was an amazing host and even upgraded us to the executive suite which was a lovely surprise! The food is absolutely amazing, we were treated for the duration of our stay with world class food! The staff are fabulous. The paid attention to every detail, even starting our indoor fireplace while we were at dinner and washing our filthy (from safari in the Kruger which is a quick 30km journey to Phabeni Gate) vehicle before we checked out. Don't waste your time looking anywhere else if you want to be treated to a perfect stay on a beautiful farm!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The owner was welcoming us at the gate and we parked inside the property. The room was very clean, amazing and spacy and had an unique shape with a view in the backyard (was more a botanical garden with little ponds and tropical plants. Gerda helped us with information about the KNP and routes we can travel. Breakfast (fruits, beacon eggs, cereals, etc.) was served on a terrasse with a view on the landscape. We loved the Tatenda guest house. Karin and Francois.

    Everything was beautifully clean and very well decorated. Secure parking is available. The facilities were very comfortable and the receptionist went out of her way to provide exceptional service. Suitcase rest bunks and a bar fridge in the room could be provided. Dinner and breakfast were well prepared and enjoyed. The location is in a good suburb and a short distance from shopping centre's and the Kruger Park gate. Excellent value.

    Beautiful property, very green and well maintained. The room is very nice, clean and has a private porch with a beautiful view of the garden. We couldn’t have breakfast as we left very early, but the hostess Isabel was so nice to prepare a breakfast package for us. Secure parking at the property.
