The old building refurbished into an apartment with facilities including local teas, dish washer and best of all, our own patio with herbs. Used the fresh growing mint for tea. Very tastefully done up. They compiled a list of places which was most useful in deciding high quality options for food and drinks.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The view from my room was absolutely stunning – waking up to such a beautiful scene every morning was a real treat. The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of fresh options to start the day right. What really stood out was the professionalism of the staff – everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. A special thank you to the lovely lady at the reception who gave me such a warm welcome upon arrival. Her kindness made me feel at home from the very first moment. I will definitely return on my next trip and will recommend this hotel to all my friends and colleagues. Truly a memorable stay!

Situated in Wattens, 19 km from Ambras Castle, DION Hotel Wattens features a bar and views of the mountain. With a terrace, the 4-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. The property is non-smoking and is set 19 km from Innsbruck Central Station. After a long drive from Prague on the way to Italy, we decided to stop in Wattens for some rest. We arrived quite late, but the self-check-in machine outside was efficient and made the process smooth for us. When we made it there, the parking was available right in front of the hotel for free. If not, there are other parking spaces around the area as well which makes things even more easier! The vending machines inside & nearby were a nice touch, offering snacks, water, and other essentials. Our room was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for an overnight stay. The medium-sized bathroom was also clean, and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a wonderful breakfast before continuing our long drive back to Italy. The receptionist at checkout was fantastic and even offered us museum tickets - but sadly, we didn't have time.
